Simon has been excelling in the glamorous world of suburban floristry for nearly a decade now. He became expert in the art of Ikebana during a gap year spent studying under a Japanese master in the foothills outside Tokyo. Rather than allow financial considerations thwart his artistic development, Simon performed the role of taikomochi (male geisha) in exchange for this expert tuition.

Recently, he's branched out and started to develop his own range of vegan snack foods, which will be launching in the Fall.
